Kari Nott // Co-Founder

Kari Nott (she/her) is a cultural organizer and co-founder of The Bread & Roses Collaborative. She is also the Head of Philanthropy at 7S Management. She was the founding executive director of The Marigold Project, Nathaniel Rateliff's foundation dedicated to economic, racial, and social justice. Having previously served as the development director for Farm Aid, she is especially interested in the power of food and music to drive social change.

Kari adheres to Iggy Pop’s insistence that curiosity pays unexpected dividends. She can help you launch your foundation, organize a rally, start a community conversation series, help you craft your unique vision, and fundraise with the best of ‘em if she believes in what she’s doing. Kari is obsessed with her loved ones, her husband and co-founder Rob, their pets Gertrude and Biz, alpacas, Fleetwood Mac, and bringing down The Man.

Ms. Nott grew up in Nebraska in a working-class family descended from farmers and teachers. She has since lived on both coasts, taking the best of these places home with her to Denver. When she is not working, she is hiking, with loved ones, or staring at the sky with equal parts awe and squeals.
